Sleep Well for Great Skin!

The fountain of youth may be hidden in your sleep.  A study commissioned by Estee Lauder and led by Dr. Baron presented their data this spring at the International Investigative Dermatology Meeting in Edinburgh, showing that ” inadequate sleep is correlated with reduced skin health and accelerates skin aging.”  Additionally, recovery after sun damage was decreased.

 

Haven’t we already been told, “Get a good nights sleep and you’ll look your best!”. Finally… scientific proof!
